Description

Dining at Billy’s in Ormond Beach is a landmark experience. Now in it’s 78th year, this historic restaurant, established by Billy and Elizabeth MacDonald in 1922, has the reputation as a place where good friends meet, dine, and enjoy the spirits of good times.

You will love the ambiance of the original solid maple bar and mahogany paneling. Much like the Oak Room at the Plaza in New York or an English neighborhood restaurant, which is simply alive with 1920 atmosphere and warm congeniality. Old photos, period art and sketches, along with memorabilia, are reminiscent of another time.

Consistently above average
This place wins the local newspapers Reader's Choice consistently no dounbt because it is consistent. In six years we have virtually never had a bad experience. Not many can say that! We recommend this place frequently.    [08 Nov 2001 17:10:07]

Great Fish swims in tight Bowl
Consistently the food is superior. Unfortunately the atmosphere leaves little room to wiggle in. Perhaps they could expand some way to give the patrons more leg room while eating. The service is always top notch along with the food. Two outstandings out of three: food, atmosphere, service. Pretty excellent.    [23 Feb 2003 09:19:51]

A Family Favorite for Years
