Great Food!! Lot's of options
There's something to please everyone in our family. Everything was fresh and beautifully displayed in the case. My husband had a meatball sub and said it was the best he ever had. My daughter had a piece of quiche and loved it. I tasted it and it was delicious, down to the homemade crust. I had some marinated pork with spinach casserole and it was great. They even let you sample the food in the cases if you are unsure.

Gourmet To Go
This cute little cafe has the best home cooking in Oviedo.
All items are prepared fresh and made on the premises.
The concept is "Gourmet to Go". Not actually a sit down restaurant; however your order can be heated up for you or take it home for when you are ready to dine.
I like to call ahead on my way home from work and my order is ready and waiting once I get there. A great way to eat home cooking without having to do it myself.

The salads are excellent with big chunks of chicken or tuna and real mayo. Some of my favorites are the variety of pastas, chicken parmesan, chicken cordon Bleu, spinach casserole, scalloped pineapple. Homemade soup selection changes daily and homemade desserts (brownies, apple cobbler, bread pudding) are fantastic. Also, has daily specials on the website which is always updated. Great food!
This is a gourmet-to-go place. Not much seating, but the food is wonderful.

The lunch salads are great, mixed greens and then add chicken salad or chicken waldorf on top. Yum! Quiches are homemade from the crust to the interesting combinations of vegetables and meats. Entree items are excellent. My favorite is Butternut Rissoto, but the Stuffed Eggplant is to die for.

Outstanding
This cute little cafe never stops amazing me! Truly some of the best cooking I've ever had! Just like Mom makes. Customer service is top notch. The type of place you go to and everyone is attentive and friendly. It was recently given rave reviews by Scott Joseph, the Orlando Sun Sentinel food critic. Refreshing!!!
Finally someone is cooking something!! This place actually makes their own quiche crust. The options are great and the girls behind the counter are friendly and helpful. I love the quiche and the chicken salad, it's real!!    [25 Dec 2006 23:32:49]
