This place is just Nice
I find the food a good value for the dollar. The wait staff is quick to keep the Ice Tea glass filled and the coffee hot. The place is always clean and quiet.    [31 Jul 2000 21:57:43]

This place sucks
I had the most horrible spaghetti that tasted like bacon bits and a really rude waitress who didn't give me my warm roll with my spaghetti unless I asked for it when it came with my meal. And there was also a sugar cookie that came with my meal that I also did not get unless I asked for it. My dad got spoons that were all bent up and with food not washed off of it. I am not saying that Perkins is bad but this Perkins in Palm Coast was awful. I also got a really bad stomach ache for the rest of the day.    [09 Jul 2003 12:38:55]

Horrible Experience
I had the worst experience in this place that I have ever had.
My waitress was good but she had to keep coming back making excuses for the long wait for the meal. I could hear the kitchen help fighting in the kitchen; when the food came out the waitress said to me I am sorry but this food is very burnt and I cant serve it to you. When she took it back in the kitchen and told the cooks I could hear them (cooks) complaining about the food coming back into the kitchen.

I never got a new meal after waiting a very long time.
When I told the manager about the problem he said sorry and walked away.
I also wrote a letter to the corporate office but never got a response; I guess they dont care either.    [09 Dec 2004 23:29:58]

We have had the worst experience in this Perkins in Palm Coast. The management are not customer friendly at all; in fact they are downright nasty. And when we asked to have a certain area of the restaurant we were told we could not have because there was a meeting to be held their by a certain club and lo and behold the club never showed up. Not a surprise to us because this was the second time this happened. Needless to say there are 18 residents of Palm Coast that will not return there.
