Excellent Food; Large Portions
This is a wonderful restaurant. The food was great, it is not an inexpensive place to eat at but the portion sizes more than justify the cost. Our server knew the menu well and made our experience worth repeating.    [27 Jun 2003 16:03:01]

My husband and came in your restaurant to have dinner the other night. first of all let me just say i am a regualr customer at your restaurant so i was shocked by the awful service i had. I had a server by the name of Aure? we have been sitting at the table for about 15 min. before we were ever greeted. and waited another 10 minutes for our drinks we were soo hungry when we finally got our food it was cold and we could not even eat it. My husband who is not a complainer asked why our food was cold, he said he doesnt know that he hates his job and the cooks suck. He then asked to speak to the manager and he never came to our table. This is the best Copeland's we've been to
This is an upscale family restaurant. You get what you pay for and this is much better than most. Recommend Catfish Acadiana and Shrimp and tasso pasta (hold the tasso add more shrimp). Great steaks, lousy lobster
I love your steaks and decided to add the lobster. I was very disappointed with the lobster, since it was the size of a large shrimp. I thought the add on price was 8.99 but turned out it was 11.99--that was highway robbery at either price. Needless to say, I won't order that again. Also, every time I order the Rene mushrooms with the steak, they don't come with the order and we have to remind the waiter.    [08 Feb 2004 01:34:24]
