Description

Coal fired pizza ovens were first used in the early 1900's. The "old world" art of cooking with coal is preserved at Anthony's where our 800 degree oven cooks a pizza in just 4 minutes, charring the thin crust to perfection.

Getting less for the same price.
Have been going to Anthonys for a few years, since it opened on US 1 in Ft. Lauderdale. Pies were great, especially the meatball and ricotta pie. Had one this evening at the Pine Island Anthonys, and was surprised that the meatballs shrunk in size, and were about half of what I used to get.I guess when you get a great reputation, suddenly you can cut corners and give less for the same price. O well. There are other pizza places around. Very dissatisfied.    [23 Oct 2007 18:58:02]
