Spicy Sauce & Pepperoni... YUM

This Pizza shop/restaurant is well hidden in the Sawgrass Mills complex. But it's pizza has been worth the search. Located in the same section as Appleby's. The first time I turned into Appleby's and went through their parking lot to the strip mall where Rosario's can be found on the other side.

Check out their tuesday special on pizza. Somewhat pricy on other days, but not out of line with the large chains. But the big thing is the Sauce and the Pepperoni. First the sauce is not the bland (Catsupesque) taste that the chains have; in this sauce you take the oregeno, basil, etc.
The crust is a thin and has a slight hint of yeast (gives it a feeling of fresh dough, not frozen for hours) and the pepperoni also is well spiced (but not over the top) After eating it for months now I went and ordered from one of the chains and remembered quickly why I didn't order from them in the past.    [06 Jul 2004 19:27:06]
