Heavenly's Shortcakes was one of the most pleasant ice cream shops I've been in. The atmosphere was great, and I loved the small town feel. Great food, great service, Great server (Will), and just good all around.    [02 Aug 2004 01:09:53]

OK gelato, horrible customer service
Their Italian gelato was as good as I could expect outside Italy. After being served the wrong flavor, and finding two hairs in the tiny cup I decided to ask for a refund. Without a word from the server I was handed another cup of gelato. I was annoyed enough that I left without a package I had purchased around the corner. When I returned to see if someone had turned in my package the same server, again without uttering a single word to me, summoned the other employee where I had to repeat the story.
