On the poorer side of the chain.
This Applebees is right by my house, and two miles from my office. I have tried it several times, all of which were a disappointment. The food is consistantly mediocre, as you would expect from a national chain. The management and staff are completely sub-par. When issues are brought to the managements attention, they the completely 'dumb out' leaving you quite frustrated.    [22 Dec 2005 11:13:48]

Yuk!!
I had a chicken sandwich that was so overcooked I really thought it was some kind of bad joke. The waitress picked up on it right away and tried to fix it by bringing me another one, however, the one she showed up with had an odor that smelled rotten and had everyone at the table making faces! Needless to say, I didn't eat it! The manager comp'd it and I went without lunch. This was the second bad experience here. Do yourself a favor and choose another restaurant!
