A big surprise! A cute place and excellent food
My husband and I never miss a visit to Berkani's Cafe when we are in the Daytona area. The place is cute and cozy with a French touch. The food also has that French touch. Why? Because the chef-owner is from Paris, France. But do not let this scare you: it is good "home-cooked" food the way Mom made it, just has that extra touch. And the price? Fantastic food and service!
My wife, kids, and I just love Berkani's! The owners, Julien and Karen are wonderful people. Philipe, Julien's brother, is a great chef in his own right. Pam, one of the waitresses, is very friendly, kind, and always has something nice to say to you. The food is delicious and priced just right for anybody's budget.    [06 Feb 2003 19:20:12]

Berkani's Cafe has Delicious food!
Berkani's Cafe has the best food in town. Julien is a French chef from Paris, France. His soups, sauces and desserts are all homemade and DELICIOUS! The prices are absolutely reasonable. You will be pleasantly surprised.The service is friendly and good. You will love it.

They have moved their location to 3761 S. Nova Road in Port Orange. It is in the plaza where Albertsons Food Store used to be. It is now Super Saver. They are between Bealls and Gold's Gym.
They do breakfast, lunch, dinner, catering, take-out and homemade desserts. Don't miss a great dining experience.

Bruce Willis had a breakfast one early morning
I went there for a breakfast and i was
really surprised to see Bruce Willis himself having a quiet breakfast .
Anyway nobody noticed him i think , then i left the café after a while.
Great french food , and friendly chef.
