Rude!
I ordered an eggplant parm and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich for pickup. I was told 10-15 minutes over the phone. 35 minutes later my order was ready and it was also the wrong order. They told me it would be even longer than I had already waited to fix it. I asked for my money back and was told that I would not get my money back and that I could leave that they did not want to deal with me. I could not believe that service. The cashier told me that I had a choice.. take what they made or leave without anything. I had been going there for almost 10 years.. as long as we had lived in Florida and never been treated so rudely.    [15 Mar 2008 20:13:12]
