We visited for the first time earlier this year only because Joannie was now working there. We really enjoyed our meal found it a little expensive considering the ambience of the place and where it is situated. Has great potential but feel must watch the pricing.    [27 Oct 2006 06:12:27]

DANIELS, ROTONDA
Well went back to this restaurant in May and we experienced the worst meal we have ever had in Florida! The waiter was rude. The food was burned and to top all that they charged 20% service charge automatically which was not on the menu.    [06 Aug 2007 05:18:16]

BIG IMPROVEMENT
Well we went back this August, just to discover what had gone so terribly wrong and it turned out that they were victim of a sabotaging chef. You must go as the food is excellent and a friendly and welcoming place. As we have said before the outside does not do it justice but the owner cannot change this.    [07 Sep 2007 04:44:40]

Daniel's will always be our Favorite!
We make a point of it to tell everyone of this hidden gem. We try to at least make it there once a month. It's nice having such an excellent little restaurant in this area. To start off the dozen or so choices of Martini's is great, all custom made by Joanie. You can even order a Martini taster of 3 different choices to find your favorite. Mine is the X-rated. The artisian bread & crackers with the fantastic choice of creamery butter, special cream cheese mix (not sure) and a port wine cheese. The appetizer choice is excellent, any one of them would suit anyone. They have nightly specials in addition to the great regular menu. The baked sea bass is always a favorite that you can never turn down. Also there is a new addition for Saturday nights- Prime Rib. Now for dessert that is if you still have room for more! The waiter will bring a tray to choose from, never a disappointment here, most times we take one for the road.
