My first experience with Columbia was as a teenager at the original restaurant in Ybor City, near Tampa. When the St. Augustine location was opened, I had high expectations, and, happily, have not been disappointed. Great black bean soup, and, for dessert, flan. The entrees are authentic Spanish recipes made fresh from local markets. Be sure to stop by the bakery on your way out.    [04 Dec 1999 01:09:49]
