I Love the Globe!
It's like being home, except with food and people and books and really good music and magazines. They asked me my name the first time I came in, and the counter guy remembered it the next time I was there, which was nice. They have food, coffee, beer, and lots of desserts.

I wish they were open in the morning, but they don't open until later; they are open at night, so that's cool. There are a lot of college students (I graduated a couple of years ago) and people my age and older, and some kids; all types of people.
So not totally like home, but the next best thing.    [22 Apr 2006 23:19:11]
