Dirtest Restaurant I have ever ate at!
On January 18th my sisters and I had booked reservations at your restaurant in the so called private room, for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. First of all it was not a private room, as it had the only restrooms in use and everyone including the drunks kept wandering back and forth. While I'm on the subject of restrooms the men's room was a disgrace,the urinal did not flush and foul writing was all over the walls and it smelled very bad. As for the private room, well it was covered in spider webs with dead spiders lying about and the room was very filthly. (by the way all 19 of us were charged an extra $1.00 each for the use of this room.) We had one waitress for the whole crowd so I can understand why we didn't get much attention. When the bill came we also had a 20% gratuity charge.(I thought 15% was the norm) As we were leaving we had to walk through a very dark porch with no lighting whatsoever. About an hour after I left the restaurant I was very sick,(and so was my niece). Overall, for the prices we paid this was a total disgrace.I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone else.    [23 Jan 2003 20:27:40]

Great Value for Good Food
My sons and I ate here last Saturday evening. When we arrived, we were greeted, seated, and given menus promptly. We all ordered fried shrimp (the house specialty). Our food arrived quickly and was hot and very well prepared. This place provides a very good value for what you pay. Ambiance was a little rustic, but clean and inviting. Nice restaurant, great deal
My wife and I had passed the restaurant many times and finally decided to stop to check it out. We're very glad we did. The ambiance fits with the area, rustic, and the shrimp deal is a great bargain with very good, nicely spiced, fresh shrimp. We've been back a few times and now schedule our passing through the area to stop by for a meal. We tried the shrimp special the first time we ate there and it was such a good meal and deal that it's the only thing we've eaten there.    [31 Aug 2004 09:27:37]
