My husband and I visit Sanibel often and always make our way to the Lighthouse Cafe. In the past 8 years the quality, variety, unique menu items have held the standard. It is a must for us....breakfast almost everyday at this cafe.    [24 May 2004 01:23:12]

Best breakfast on the Island!
I have been going to Sanibel annually for 28 years and I have to say the Lighthouse cafe has the best breakfast you can find on Sanibel!    [04 Apr 2005 19:50:20]
