Should Soda Refills be a reason to not return?
I had my first experience with this restaurant last evening. My friend and I had a wonderful dinner, and the food was excellent. My only problem was that when we received our bills, my bill included 3 diet cokes, and my friends bill included only one diet coke. We both had 3 glasses (unaware I might add that there were no refills on soda.) When I asked the waiter why, he justified this by saying it was his mistake, and should have been two and two. We said no, we each had 3, and he continued to justify this with silly banter about being a long time employee and that it was his mistake. My only regret was that I didn't add to him, oh my, my mistake, I gave you the incorrect tip. Let me fix that, as he should have fixed my friends' or adjusted mine.
