Manager has terrible customer service
We have been going to Da Ru Ma for over 13 years and have loved the cooks (Masa and Mike); but the manager of Da Ru Ma is horrible. I have never in my life met someone who does not care about their customers and is as rude as he. He just lost 7 long-time customers due to his attitude and how uncaring/rude he is. I definitely would not recommend going to this place due to the service of the manager.    [14 May 2006 19:31:21]
