Every time I get to Melbourne (about 4 times a year from Long Beach CA), my first stop is Bunky's. The best wings you can find and a real fun place. Always had great service. A must visit again and again

Bunkys is the Greatest
I travel to Satellite Beach from Jacksonville at least 4 times each year, just to visit Bunky's and get those fabulous oysters and wings! If you try them, you will be driving to Satellite Beach several times a year, just like me!    [17 Nov 2004 14:34:28]

Gone Downhill.
I live in Satellite Beach pretty close to Bunky's. Although I didn't frequent Bunky's I sometimes went in to get some wings and oysters. The first time I went the food was pretty good which brought me back in. Sometimes I would order over the phone and pick up the food because when it is packed it is a loud place. Nothing wrong with that, just not for me. My point is that every time I had food from Bunky's the food was of lesser and lesser quality than the first time. It ended last week when I ordered some wings and fries and went to pick them up. When I got home I was so disappointed because they had outdone themselves by providing me with the worst quality food to date. There really isn't a whole lot of choice in this small town so I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. Not anymore, I will never eat at Bunkys again and I hope the owner(s) read this. I really should have just returned the food and asked for a refund but I had worked hard all day and just didn't feel like it. What a waste of $27.00 including tip.    [15 Dec 2004 13:45:39]

The Place for Wings and Oysters.

Bunky's new renovations and outside deck rule
I went to Bunky's in Satellite Beach for the first time in a couple years and was quite surprised to see that it was sold and under new ownership....I looked at the menu and saw many great additions to their same old good food. As I walked around I saw several plasma t.v.'s fishtanks and a grouper that was almost 20 pounds swimming in a 350 gallon tank. When I asked my server about the fish he went and got a piece of fresh tuna and fed it to him right in front of me...I asked him what his name was and he told me it was Bunky....no really that's what we named him......I had a great time and bought a 40 gift certificate for one of my friends.....great job and keep up the great job...    [12 May 2006 16:45:12]

Poor Service
Last night 7/26, I went to Bunky's with my boyfriend at about 7:30 P.M. When we walked in we looked for a table. A young man approached us and said a table would be available in a few minutes and we could sit at the bar if we'd like. We ordered an Iced Tea and a draft. I asked the bar server if he could give me some regular sugar. He walked away without a word. One of the other guys gave me the sugar. The guy (from the podium) never came back so we ordered a dozen oysters after receiving our beverages. The guy behind the bar brought our oysters to us about 10 minutes later. He did not give us anything to eat the oysters with and we did not receive any sauce. Someone else gave us those. The oysters were very small (about the size of my thumbnail); two of the oysters and one of them tasted bad.

We have frequented Bunky's many times and the place is definitely going downhill big time. Each time we come back we hope for improvements, but it never happens.

On the plus side, we enjoyed the big eel in the back fish tank. Come on Bunky's. Let's get it back together just like the old days. If possible, in time for the Dolphins games. We love to come then.    [27 Jul 2007 15:57:39]

Getting Better
I recently dined at Bunky's. The food was very tasty. I had oysters and gator tails. The server got lost but I found him. Service was somewhat better once I found him. After the oysters were eaten he didn't come back. One half hour later I was able to get his attention. Otherwise, all was well.    [21 Sep 2007 14:23:02]
