I have eaten at the Outback many time's and lately it seem's that they just can't get it right. From waiting 30 minutes for an appetizer only to find out another waitress/waiter has giving it to another table, to having a steak so rare I thought it would get up and walk, only to be told I should of ordered it med. well to have it come out med. rare. The head hostess does nothing to make the customer happy this I know because the waiter tryed to get us a coupon to make up for the appertizer on one the one visit but was told no because " It is busy tonight". I don't want to totally knock down the Outback because it does have good day's also. Just remember to order your steak one to two degree's up from what you really want because some of the waitress/wraiter's won't tell you to it.    []

Have never had a good experience at this particular Outback...
My family has never had a good experience at this particular Outback. My husband's steaks are never right, the service isn't great, long waits, etc. Maybe the management isn't so good at this site, we've had good stuff at other Outback's. Another steakhouse is a better local alternative for good food and different/non-chain atmosphere.    [12 Aug 2004 17:34:09]

The worst place ever!!!
I have eaten at other locations for the Outback so much, I felt almost at home.

I am sorry to report that recently, it seem's as if no matter what they try, they just can NOT get anything right.

From waiting well over a half hour for the grilled shrimp appetizer only to find out another waitress/waiter has given it to another table, to having a steak ordered medium well and getting so rare and with over 40% of it fat, I thought it would get up and walk. When they brought it back, it was so well done I could not eat it.

The manager did not seem to care one bit. He did nothing but tell me "It's very busy tonight" and went to another table.

I shall not EVER again go to the Outback and suggest you too follow suit!    [21 Mar 2005 16:39:12]

NEW Managing Partner
I recently gave this Outback a second chance, and it was 100 % improvement, comt to find out, they fired the old manager,a nd hired a 17 year old Outback veteran that actually cares! I suggest that everyone that swore off this Outback gibve this new DETICATED Managing Partner a chance! If you are still not satisfied , ask for him in person and he guarantees he will personally make things right! Outback is too good top let go that easy!    [22 Apr 2006 21:45:50]
