The West Coast of Florida lacks culinary chefs, to say the least.

The 'best' they used to have here in Hernando County is Outback.

Well, no more.

Visit Water's Edge. The ambience is fine. Although you may find better ambience in New York, L.A. or Chicago, you will not find better food; it is wonderful.    [24 Feb 2007 18:20:49]
