a little pricey for a neighborhood restaurant. only one salad dressing or oil & vinegar. balsamic was not offered. the peasoup had a strange spice in it. could not eat it. we sat down at 7:35 and were not served until after 9pm. The veal chop at 23:95 was fatty but tender. The food was bland little or no salt & pepper.At 23:95 an entree you don't put brown and serve rolls on the table    [07 Feb 2004 06:53:00]

Exceptional Food at reasonable prices
I've been here several times and found the food exceptional. Took someone who travels the world and he could not believe the caliber of food.
I have had the Squash soup. Outstanding. The Chicken Marsala was to die for. My husband orders the duck. Loves it. Took 14 people there for a birthday celebration and everyone was delighted with the food. The St. Peter's fish is outstanding. So is the Salmon.
I would like a choice of salad dressings but that is so minimal,who cares.
I have never had a bad meal there. I do however object to the fact that reservations that are required are not honored on time.    [26 May 2004 20:02:28]

My mom lives in the area and we have eaten there many times. Food is consistently good. Saturday night very busy and slow. Other nights would be better choice. Desserts excellent and main dishes are usually very very good. Very good value.    [04 May 2007 14:45:04]
