No. 1 typical Chinese food in the town It is hard to keep it original taste in US to prepare real Chinese food in the small town as Tally, due to lack of some special material and Americans like different flavors. However, Ming Tree manages to maintain the foods with ogiginal taste of Chinese foods, which attact both Chinese and Americans.
The one I always order is a dish named "Hunan Lamb", by name, it is cooked with spicy, which can be adjusted based on your degree of liking spicy. This dish is tender, juicy, and very delicious.
The place is convenience to go and quite to stay easy for lunch or dinner. The chefs and servants are professional. It is a good place to go either for repeating customers or for visitors from other places. [29 Jul 2003 23:38:31]

Excellent Dining Experience! I dine at Ming Tree about once a week for lunch. The menu has a wide variety of choices and they will spice up any meal by just asking.
Only on a few occasions have I been disappointed with the food but they are very rare and far between. My favorite dish is the Beef Mongolian. The meat is tender, the fried rice very tasty and an egg roll to die for. [16 Sep 2003 09:43:23]

Used to be great..... Ming Tree changed ownership in 2005 and things started a slow slide for the worse since then. I live in the neighborhood, and used to be a regular customer for their Mongolian beef and sesame Chicken, but since the change, the service has fallen way off, and the delicious ingredients in the hot & sour soup have disappeared, and the Mongolian is no longer savory and delicious, but bland, and has tough meat strips. I am disappointed in service and food quality. [23 Mar 2007 11:41:24]
