Get Names!
Approximately two weeks ago, I ordered delivery from the restaurant. Instead of a side order of meatballs, they sent meat sauce. When I call them about it, they go back and forth about sending it out or giving to me next time and we agree on next time. Today, I call and one of the owners "Frank" asks me, "who were you told to ask for", like I'm supposed to remember that. And to outright question my integrity, states, "I'll do it for you this time only". He says I should have know who to ask for!    [29 Aug 2006 18:51:49]

Good Food but Look out for Customer Service
I Live Approx 2 Blocks from AT's-A Pizza. The food was good; but now it's been 2 years since I have ordered from them, and notice that the quality is not as good as it used to be. Pizzas have very few pepperoni and they are spaced out like if they are counting how many pieces they put down. They Also charge you extra for Extra sauce. (No one does that here in tamarac) I asked them if I got a pizza with lite sauce would they reduce the price; they said no. But they charge you if you want more sauce. I think they should start thinking about the loyal customers that keeps them in business and not be so cheap when it comes to ingredients and customer service.    [11 May 2007 22:03:44]
