Only place in town for good Mexican.
I moved from San Diego hoping to find a place that made authentic Mexican, not Tex/Mex. Well, this is as good as it gets. And they do great dishes like Shrimp burritos, great Tacos, everything but Carne Asada burritos. Prices are fair. I do admit though, it gets rather full on a weekend night.    [25 Mar 2003 11:57:40]

Poor, poor service

I love Estella's however, the service sucks at the Davis Island restaurant. I have been several times and have never had a good service experience, maybe they should learn english better. I would recommend going to the one on S Dale Mabry, the waiters are a lot nicer and actually do their job.    [02 Jun 2006 11:28:27]
