Offering an American menu, this restaurant is located on the Indian River. In a city with few good restaurants, Pauls offers acceptable food at slightly upscale prices. Location, visibility, architecture and ambiance are the characteristics that attract a loyal clientel. [05 Mar 2004 13:47:22]

Food is good, beautiful setting on Indian River. Service is terrible. Very slow. [27 Mar 2004 16:01:10]

50/50 chance of a good dinner. Fish of the day is always flounder. Some other fish dishes resemble flounder. Rock shrimp is usually pretty good. [30 Jul 2005 16:41:30]

Roll of the dice Been there several times, when the owner is overseeing operations it is great; when he wasn't the service was spotty. Long delay in drink order and delivery. The oysters were served spoiled. I feel had the owner been there he would not have served the rotten oysters. [03 Aug 2005 07:56:05]

Too Pricey for Small Town Watch out for the 'priced daily' items. Steak and lobster tail....small medallion of steak and a small rock lobster tail, $36. Red Lobster and Boston Lobster feast here we come. Bye bye, Pauls. [10 Sep 2006 03:21:46]

Thanks for the Memories Paul's used to be one of the best places in Titusville to have a family dinner, to take a client, to watch a shuttle launch. But times have changed, service has fallen flat, and the food quality has suffered. Often, the vegetables taste like poorly cooked canned veggies (Ick!) One reviewer said it was a 50/50 shot. Our experience in the last three years has been more like 30/70. (In case you don't get it, that's only 30% chance you'll get GOOD food or service, Ouch!) Sorry, we don't even try anymore.
