Super Supper Club
Have eaten and enjoyed the entertainment at Katie Belle's many times. The food has always been superb and service (for the most part) has been good. Portions are overly generous and foods are seasoned to perfection. Ambience is exceptional upstains (though I hear it has changed to a private club.) SUPERB DINNER.
SERVER'S COULD IMPROVE A BIT; MANAGER TOO BUSY PLAYING INSTEAD OF ATTENDING TO GUESTS. I FOUND THE OVERALL SERVICE BELOW WHAT I EXPECTED.
STEAK NOT COOKED PROPERLY AFTER THREE ATTEMPTS. A LADY WHO SUPERVISED THE SERVERS WAS NOT ONLY RUDE TO THEM, BUT TO CUSTOMERS IN MY PRESENCE AND VERY RUDE TO ME. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TEACH HER HOW TO BE COURTEOUS TO GUESTS, ESPECIALLY THE OLDER ONES. I GOT HER NAME FROM A WAITRESS, SHE, ERICA, WORKS PART TIME AND IS A STUDENT IN COLLEGE SOMEWHERE IN THAT AREA. We dined there on St. Patrick's Day. The food was very good, but I have one complaint. Our drinks, Manhattans, were served in plastic cups. That is very low class for a nice restaurant such as theirs. We were not attending a picnic when this would be acceptable. There is no excuse for this in a restaurant on this caliber.
