Ambiance
Labor day weekend may not have been the best time to compare restaurants around town. We tried the chicken sandwich with brie and bacon at Gold Coast Grille in Coral Springs, and then the Grilled Chicken Cobb sandwich at Max's. By far the Gold Coast was hands above in value, taste and preparation. Max's failed to deliver on the ingredients and taste. No egg, no oils?? However in defense of Max's, the drink specials are well worth the trip, the quite compared to the cacophony of overly loud nouveau-riche poorly dressed personages of Coral Springs, give Max is my vote for an easy dinner experience.    [31 Aug 2003 21:43:22]

The food and service was without flaw.

Great Food
This restaurant has a sophisticated feel when you walk in and with its sleek decor you know you have arrived.
