Very Dissatisfied Customer
I have been a customer of Chin Chin for years.

Tonight, I ordered (my usual) Kung Pow Chicken. Their staff (Mindy) did not deliver, and did not care that they did not deliver what I asked for.

Their staff repeatedly hung up on me (5 times) before I spoke to Mindy (the person in-charge) who did not understand English, by her own admission.

I told her, repeatedly, that I had not received what I had ordered.

She (in so many words) called me a liar.

I told her the Kung Pow Chicken was not Extra-Extra-Extra spicy, but there was no extra hot sauce included in the package,

Mindy repeatedly called me a liar, and said there was extra hot sauce in the package (which there was not).

I don't know what cost cutting initiatives Chin Chin is using, but if Mindy is an example then I will have no further relationship with that company.

I will also advise all my friends that this is not a reputable company, and that there should be no further business with Chin Chin.    [25 Jul 2005 23:00:24]

Great Times
I have eaten at Chin Chin many times and the food and service is always exceptional. I am a little bit picky about what I order and each time they have customized it to my taste.
