Service gone to hell at Logan's Roadhouse in Alpharetta
The food at Logan's Roadhouse is good if you can get it served. The excuse tonight was a no-show by four waiters. So what do you do? Do you close some of the tables? No way! You fill up the place and proceed to ignore half the customers. And when they do take your order because the manager has come out of the kitchen, you can depend on the kitchen backing up. By the time the filet reaches the table, you're in such a state you wish you were anywhere else. The one thing you can depend on is a prompt check for the full amound. No amends. Just appologies and the hope you'll come again. Come again? Not for a long time. Other restaurants nearby may be more expensive but then, you get what you pay for.    [20 Dec 2004 22:03:13]
