Charlie and Barney's is undergoing a renovation and will be transformed into Gibney's Pub in January 2004. The food, location and atmosphere will be essentially the same. It is a gathering place for happy hour, a busy lunch spot, and a popular place for conventioners, because of its downtown location. The menu consists of burgers, their "Famous Chili", sandwiches, soups and salads. The capacity is 200 people, 4600 sq feet. They have a DJ on Wed, Thurs, and Friday's. They are known as "CHEERS with a dance floor".    []
