THE Best Pizza In Town! This is a great local hangout for families as well as sports fans who enjoy watching the flat screen television behind the bar. This is a place where you come for the pizza--and nothing else. The "monster slice" is more than enough to fill me up and the pizza dough is good enough to eat by itself. Excellent pasta dishes as well and the kids will love watching television while they wait. The best time to go is lunch. Friday and Saturday during dinner is the worst time to go and they sometimes sell out of pizza. You can watch the trains go by which really adds to the hometown feel of this amazing restaurant. Great Place The food is out of this world - the setting does not match the food - you would think that old italian grandmothers run this place the way the food tastes!! Keep up the great work!! [03 May 2006 18:46:15]

Go anywhere else! If you order a slice of pizza it will have a nice amount of toppings on it, but beware! If you order a whole pizza instead of a slice of pizza the toppings will be sparse, and it will cost almost five times more. When I pointed out the difference in the toppings, the waitress offered to have it corrected. While the owner could have very easily added more toppings instead he came out and just acted extremely rude. It was humiliating to be treated like that in public. I never dreamed someone would brow beat me over asking for more toppings on a $14 twelve inch three toppings pizza. When I got home and told my husband what happened we went back and returned the pizza and our money for the pizza was refunded. The owner was all nice and smiling when we came back even while refunding our money, all I can figure is he had already vented all his frustrations out on me earlier. Needless to say I will not be returning, and as my 5 year old son so politely told him "You have to be nice to people". [07 Jul 2006 23:43:42]

Not Well Stocked While the food at Fabiano's is very good, the service leaves something to be desired. I had been once with friends and had ordered their bloody mary, which was what we specifically went to drink. They politely let me know that they only had enough mix for two drinks. So, we ordered two. I overlooked this as an accident by whoever stocked their liquor. However, after my next THREE visits over the next month, and still no bloody mary mix, I have to say-----who runs this place? [31 Jul 2006 15:10:17]

Great The Fabiano establishment in Douglasville, Ga is great. It is exactly as it is called, Deli...you eat pizza, sandwiches, and drink beer or wine. You don't go there to drink bloody marys or bombay slings. Only a redneck would compplain about "drinks". Service is great...its a place to relax and blend.. [25 Oct 2006 12:34:37]

Thumbs Down Where to start. The food is mediocre. The service, with the exception of one pregnant bartender, is the worst! The owner/manager (the bald guy) is a colossal jerk, who has been rude to my husband and I EVERY single time we have been in. If you dont believe me just stop by and see for yourself. Poor Customer Service After waiting 25 minutes for dessert our waitress came over and told us the kitchen had lost the dessert ticket. Instead of offering a substitute, she then told my wife, children & I that we "looked tired" and probably did'nt want dessert anyway. She then advised she had taken the dessert off our bill when she had not added it in the first place. Feeling insulated, stunned and somewhat pissed off we left Fabiano's convinced we would not go back. [18 May 2007 21:39:27]

Change the name This is NOT an Italian deli! I ordered the italian sub and the cheese and meat were sliced so thin you could see right through it. There were one slice each of the meats and the cheese on this thick sub roll, it was not good bread like you get at publix it was like wonderbread bread LOL! My waitress was nice and she pointed out the owner to me. Yes he looks rude but she assured me he is nice. I think he acts rude because he cannot and won't fix any faults of this place due to the lack of money. The quality of the food was probably good when he first opened, but I would bet he is in deep financial trouble and it shows based on the portions/ingredients of the food. Time will tell.
