Finally, Douglasville got something that it needed! Irish Bred is a great local pub...a bit of Ireland/England right here in town! I'm born to an English Mum...and we recommend the traditional fish n'chips!! Yummy!!! This pub is authentic with a very nice English gentleman running it. Thank you Neil for bringing some Irish/English culture to our city of Douglasville. [23 May 2008 19:17:12]

Not Authentic The fish and chips were good at first -but because the fish was laid atop the chips, both got soggy less than halfway through the meal, and then were nealy inedible. No pub in Ireland, England, Scotland or Wales in which I've ever eaten serves cole slaw - and this was grocery-store bad. The Shandy, which could become a really popular luncheon beverage in Atlanta, was 'way overpriced at $4 for what is actually half a glass of beer. I won't be going back. [09 Jun 2008 13:42:44]

Great food! Great atmosphere! The Irish Bred Pub in Douglasville, is the place to go if you're looking for a good meal and an ice cold beverage! The service is top-notch- and the food is wonderful! We tried the Fish and chips, and the Sheppards pie, and it was delicious! Our new favorite place! [05 Jul 2008 04:14:05]

Irish-American This place is the best of many things- My husband is hooked on the fish and chips. I wanted a burger, but was a little hesitant. Best burger I've had in a while. Did I mention the coldest beer in town? [10 Jul 2008 23:43:57]
