Coolest Pizza Place in the World Recently remodeled, IVP caters to both the hipster and the family. The pizza is quite possibly the best I have ever eaten and I have eaten a lot of pizza. Their breadsticks are delicious knots of dough slathered in butter, garlic, and cheese. A basket of them will give you a coronary on sight but it is so worth it. They boast beers from around the world and (my personal favorite) "girlie drinks." Ask for Mike, Traci, or Amanda while you are there and your visit will be one of the best pizza eating experiences of your life. [07 Mar 2003 12:04:18]

Excellent Very good food. Best I've had in a very long time. There is NO place that comes close to the quality and taste of Ingleside Village Pizza. [30 Jun 2003 14:24:27]

Great garlic bread My favorite is the garlic bread. Their pizza is the best around. The restaurant could use some work but the food was great. [13 Mar 2004 17:47:44]

Avoid this place. If a pizza place can't do a cheese pizza right, they should close. We ordered a whole pie, but it wasn't even fresh-tasting when we got it. The dough is somewhere between chewy and crusty and is overall too thick, especially around the edge. The cheese, which was burned at parts, was melted into a chewy tarp 'o mozzerella. The sauce is bland. So basically, they serve bad tasting, poorly prepared/cooked pizza. Apparently one of the guys there is on the US Pizza team, but he obviously is not involved in deciding how the pizza will be. It's blasphemous to call this a New York-style pizzeria. Ingleside Village Pizza - Par Excellence!! Macon's Ingleside Village Pizza serves freshly cooked food from an open kitchen where internationally acclaimed pizza throwers can be seen smiling in the background and tossing dough while owner Tina Dickson works the cash register greeting diners like friends and family, most who know Ingleside Pizza's reputation for good food and hospitality. The business lunch crowd is usually a good mixture of blue collar and business people such as realtors, attorneys, nurses, carpenters, housewives, and moms with babes in arms. Evening dinner is always informal with a good selection of both domestic and international beers. Additionally, Ingleside Village Pizza serves a variety of sandwiches with chips and pickle wedge. This dining facility is one of Macon's consistently finest and favorite places for casual dining. [25 Dec 2006 15:56:34]
