WONDERFUL FOOD
First time trying a Mikata's. We had a great meal and a wonderful chef at the Macon location. We travel the country and try to eat at Japanese steakhouses every where we go and this has been the best bar none.    [26 Feb 2003 22:52:45]

MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT
Mikatas is my favorite place to eat. You definitely need to make reservations; even with one you might be subject to wait 30 to 45 mins. The restaurant needs larger tables-too many people are packed to a table. Table may be meant for 8 people but they crowd 12 in. The food is awesome though.    [13 Mar 2004 18:00:35]

Better Attitudes from staff members, excluding the Chefs
The staff members, excluding the chefs need to provide better service. They make rude gestures that are interpreted as "they are aggravated and do not have time to answer your special requests, such as the birthday picture." They stand right in the doorway, cut offlights, and stare at you, letting you know that they are ready to go home, even when it is not exactly closing time -- if you had a late reservation and it is close to closing time.    [14 Dec 2004 21:35:13]

The Best Seafood Sauce Ever!
