Great French Food Halfway Around the World
Even though you are halfway around the world from France, you can get great French food on Maui, right here at Chez Paul. If you came to Maui for Hawaiian food or Pacific Rim cuisine, there are dozens of wonderful places to eat. For 27 years - Chez Paul is great

Best food EVER!!
My husband and I discovered Chez Paul purely by accident - and wow! are we ever glad we did!

Every single thing we ate here was absolutely fantastic! One of my favourites was the pineapple creme brule... if you haven't tried this one, I'd highly recommend it... no words could express adequately just how fabulously delicious it was (and the presentation was AMAZING!).
