Always delicious I can always count on this restaurant to have great food and great service. The food is always hot and fresh. The waitstaff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is small, but nicely lit with candles and has beautiful artwork hanging on the walls.
As I said, it is a very small restaurant, so if you are bringing more than 2-3 people, I would make a reservation. If you don't, you can wait at the nearby bookstore to pass time because therre is no waiting area.
If you like Thai food, or would like to try it, I would definitely recommend Phuket Thai in Mililani. [26 Feb 2004 12:58:12]

The Best Phuket Thai is my hands down favorite restaurant. If I were given a choice of any place in the world to eat, I would head to Mililani.
The food is delicious, the service is very good, and the decore is quite pleasant for a small space in a shopping center. The prices are lower than in other Thai restaurants, but the food is much better.
They have a nice selection of vegetarian dishes, and are willing to substitute when they can.
Well worth the trip to Mililani. [01 Sep 2005 03:51:14]

Just Like Mom used to make it!! Phuket Thai Restaurant is one of the Best Thai Restaurants I have eaten at, and that says alot because I'm half Thai!! The food is so authentic, always hot, always fresh!! If your bringing a group of people, have everyone order one dish and share! That is the best way on deciding what you like best because you'll be back, trust me!!! Enjoy!! [04 Jan 2006 18:14:03]

Phuket Restaurant, Mililani Hawaii Although food was good and served fast, Not a pleasant overall dining. Service was POOR!!!!
Had dinner reservation there last Thurs, March 24: Had to wait awhile at the door (cramped area) before someone seated us. (There was a sign...come in, please wait to be seated). The waiting area was cramped, double doors kept opening up for people coming in/out -should have one door for EXIT and another for ENTER to avoid "traffic" and bumping onto waiting-to-be- seated guests.
When finally seated, waited for awhile again for the waitress to serve us. When she finally came, a not so-friendly type, hardly smiled (rough day?) gave us the menu book and asked if we were ready to order. There was no....."hello....my name is..... I'll be your waitress for the day.....our specials today, are..." She only came once to ask us if everything was okay. Same un-smiling service from others, i.e. water waiters. Are they in some kind of silent protest? Gave us the impression the owners were not treating their workers well. After dinner, we almost didn't want to leave a tip to show our dissatisfaction! Your restaurant needs to work on SERVICE!!!! [26 Mar 2006 12:23:04]

Very dissapointed with management & staff On 12/11/06, at 3:55pm, I called to make a take out order. The girl said can I please put you on hold? I said yes. 7 minutes and 33 seconds later, I was standing in the front of the restaurant that had 6 people inside. Two each sitting at the 3 tables, on the left as you enter the door. The person who put me on hold, later identified as the restaurant manager, Robbi was not sincere when she attempted to apologize. She just gave me this flippant look, like oh another one I have to deal with. She said she was busy helping other customers? I told her it's not that busy and had 3 of them working? Am I not a customer too? When I asked for the owner info to contact, she said that can't be done and that they will back her up all the way. I told her they lost a customer and she said fine. In other words, WHATEVERS! Fine, after all the clients and friends I've referred there. (gave them business) Fine, after all the times I've eaten there, in and take out. (gave them business) Fine, that type of incident happen to me more than once. So how many customers had that happend to? Her owners would back her up even if she was wrong. She did not care how I felt, that I was on hold for that duration. I guess they feel what is losing one person when they have other customers? Robbi could care less that she and the Phuket Thai Restaurant owners lost me as a customer. So all the people I know and all the future people that I meet from around the world, I surely will not send them there or at their McCully Restaurant. So much for good food and really bad customer service! [12 Dec 2006 00:09:04]
