We had dinner Friday evening at the Cattle Company in Pearl City at 8:15pm. Although I had called ahead for a reservation, they had lost it by the time we arrived...not a good start.

We waited for awhile then visited the bar for drinks. I thought to myself, "hey, this is a great place to watch a game and drink draft beer."

After about 30-40 minutes we finally got a table. Our server, Kimo was friendly, helpful and nice.

We started with the garden salad and Cattle's signature hot bread. Salads are lackluster, assembly-line type, but at least they were fresh.

My wife ordererd the Top Sirlon with lobster and shrimp. I ordered the 10 oz New York Steak, both to be medium-well.

The steaks arrived quickly and we were not disappointed. They were delicious, slightly red, and very tender. The baked potatoes were SUPERB - pipin hot and so delicious!    [11 Mar 2006 20:35:47]
