An Elegant Saigon Cafe in Maui, Hawaii.
I miss the elegant Saigon Cafe in Wailuku, Maui. I have been eating at Saigon Cafe since 1995, and all Jennifer's dishes were delicious, delightful and healthy. I recommend the Naokee's Steak, Oxtail or Pho Soup and especially the seafood dishes. Jennifer's presentation of Saigon's cuisine were assertive, and the hot dishes were sizzling from the kitchen to the table. I also enjoyed the refreshing vegetarian dishes, you must try the green papaya salad, and fresh spring rolls. I would rate her service as the best in Maui. The service was excellent, and she knows every dish on the menu, and give the best recommendation. She can make the food to your taste spicy or not spicy, very flexible. Saigon Cafe establishment was very clean, with a beautiful Vietnamese atmosphere. I have seen patrons such as Honorable judges, counsels, police , sheriff, also carpenters, electricians, plumbers enjoying the delicious vietnamese cuisine. Jennifer's Saigon Cafe is great for kids birthday parties, romantic dinner, or group parties. I would recommend making reservations, however the wait is well worth the delicious Vietnamese cuisine dishes. Please try all her dishes, its very healthy with a very special touch of Jennifer's elegant style...The price is right at $10-$15 per
person.    [23 Oct 2004 22:50:51]
