Not the best arby's around The two of us (the only ones in the restaurant) seemed to overwhelm the staff. The service was slow, there were fries all over the floor, and the food was mediocre. I'd recommend taking the drive to Ames for the 5-star Arby's. [17 Dec 2003 19:01:08]

WOW My name is Nicole and I’m a long time customer and former employee of your franchise. I would like to inform you of an experience I had at your store a few months back.
I was having dinner with a friend. The service wasn’t the friendliest but nothing to really complain about. We received our meal promptly. The lobby was neat, clean, and stocked. The floors were clean. The employees all seemed very hygienic and uniforms were correct. So far the experience I’d say was fair. As we were beginning to eat our meal I noticed the fries weren’t the hottest. They seemed a little past their prime. No big deal really. My sandwich was excellent. No complaints. My friend had just taken a bite of his sandwich and he bit into the unbelievable. He bit into a very hard object, much like a bone. After a minute or two of disbelief, we proceeded to take the object to the front counter to politely inform the employees of it and possibly replace the sandwich. When we attempted to inform the employee who served us about the object, he ignored us. Finally gaining his attention, we told him what had happened and were as polite as possible about the situation. Knowing complaint procedure, I was expecting him to apologize and take care of the problem. (L.A.S.T.) Instead he acted as if he didn’t understand what we said and began socializing with fellow employees. So we set the object on the counter and walked away, giving up on trying to talk to him. We sat back down to finish oUr now stale fries and my sandwich when something caught our attention. We looked to the front counter in time to see the same rude employee flick the object off the counter and laugh it off, never once wiping off the place that object had been. It was a disgusting sight.
In closing, I would just like to say that I hope no other customer has to have that kind of experience at your restaurant. My experience won’t prevent me from returning to Arby’s, but it will prevent me form returning to your specific store. Never once in the year and a half I worked for this company did I ever see a customer treated this way. In fact, there would have been severe consequences for this kind of thing. I know the managers can’t catch everything, but this situation had many opportunities to be improved and no one stepped in. Overall, I am very disappointed and angered. [08 Feb 2007 16:46:34]
