Run of the mill, but has its strengths
This is basically your stereotypical chinese restaurant. Nothing groundbreaking. The food is good, but spicy dishes are a little weak. The crab rangoons are amazing, as is the sweet and sour sauce. Some dishes that are usually deep. The ambience is a little dingy. The building is obviously aging, and I've heard rumors of sanitation issues.
