If you like excellent food, this is the place to come. Dave and the Heaton family have, for years demonstrated that The Iris is the best place in southeast Iowa for dining excellence.

We all love coming for the Sunday buffet too. Dave is always there serving up a smile, and a genuine appreciation for his customers.

We do not need gimmicks, or fancy atmosphere when we dine out, just great food at a fair price. We get that every time at The Iris.

This is one superb restaurant to eat at, we have been coming here for nearly 30 years and find his decore, service, and food to be uncompromised. Folks down here travel miles to eat at the famous Iris Restaurant.    [30 Dec 2006 10:58:22]
