Service was non-existent last Sunday afternoon
My family and I stood at the hostess station for nearly 5 minutes this past Sunday and were never acknowledged so we left. We saw at least 5 employees in the store who never said a word. At one point 2 waitresses were standing in front of the kitchen talking with a man that was not visibly an employee. Both the bartender and the waitress in this area saw us as well and did nothing to see if we would like to be seated or find a hostess.    [25 Sep 2002 21:00:23]

Food never came!!
We got seated and ordered an appetizer and a couple of beers. we drank the beers and finished the appetizer and waited 20 minutes for our server to come and let us know our food was up and sitting there but wasn't tagged so she coudl'nt bring it to us!! We waited another ten minutes where the server came back and said it was next up to tag. so our food had been sitting there for over 10 minutes at this point. We waiting another 15 minutes and never seen our server again. we never got offered another drink or anything. we went up to the hostess stand and said we wanted to pay for what we drank and ate and forget the meal. at that point they said they could bring us our meal (after it had been sitting for 20 minutes waitin to be tagged!!!) when we declined they said ok and actually made us pay for the appetizer and drinks and didn't even discount it a penny!! they didnt' even offer for us to take the food w/ us for free. I was not impressed at all. Horrible service and they did nothing to make it better. We were there for exactly 50 minutes and we never got our dinner or got a discount on anything we did pay for! We Have Given Up On This One
We have tried several times with this restaurant. The food has been fine, but the service has been utterly inexcusable. Every time. No kidding. The last time we went, we sat next to a completely drunk, out of control person who was yelling (standing on his chair while doing so) and swearing. We had our young kids with us. The management did absolutely nothing when we complained. Three times. We won't go there again. It has been a frustrating experience each and every time.    [20 Jan 2006 18:40:08]

Don't go here!
If you are like me and you get stressed out when a nice, enjoyable evening crashes and burns when you go to a restaurant and service is generally terrible, don't try this place. We have gone here a half dozen times (why? I don't know...) and it is the same each time.    [25 Jan 2006 12:30:21]

Well, 3 times now I've met my buddy there on a Friday after work (sort of a new tradition when I visit from Colorado), our beer glasses were rarely left empty for more than a few minutes, they were very friendly, and I always bring in a coupon for discount appetizer and it's always been deliverd fast fresh and tasty.
