If you like pork tenderloin sandwiches, Joensy's is the place to go. The tenderloin is hand tenderized until thin, battered, and deep fried. It is served on a large hamburger bun with mustard, dill pickle and onion. Despite the size of the bun, the tenderloin is larger, and you will probably want to trim it before eating.
