Located in the historic Belgravia building in downtown Boise, Idaho presenting regional foods using the techniques of the world. Entree menu selections include Idaho Lamb Shank, Niman Ranch Tenderloin, Potato Crusted Salmon, Braised Chicken with artichokes, Chilean Sea Bass, Pork Loin Schnitzel, Roasted Duck Breast with a ginger essence and Roasted Vegetable Strata. The menu changes weekly. The chef also offers a price fixed five course tasting menu.

Loved It!
Just celebrated my 10th anniversary with my wife in their private wine cellar dining room. The tasting menu was outstanding. The wine pairings perfect, service was professional, friendly and knew their stuff. Our out of town guests were also very impressed. No wonder this place is so popular.    [06 Jun 2002 21:53:39]
