Fast and Fabulous
My favorite place for lunch! The wait staff are always friendly and available. You choose your serving size (or all you can eat) and build your own stir fry from fresh ingredients. There is a good variety of meats and vegetables and you design your own dish, so you only get the things you like. Mongolian lets you cater to your own tastes. If you like hot and spicy, add plenty of fire oil. Or choose a sweet plum sauce, bbq flavor, or any combination from lots of sauce/oil choices. When you have your bowl filled, you hand it to the chef who tosses it onto a superhot grill for a fast stir-fry. Each order includes a serving of white rice.

Dinner costs a bit more than lunch, and I haven't exactly determined what the difference is... other than the time of day. But for a fast and fabulous lunch, this is always my first choice.    [31 May 2005 05:25:08]
