Cowboy Up!
Great western atmosphere, great aroma of apple wood burning at the grill...mmmmm! Dinners are served with soup or salad and cowboy beans. My favorites are the rib steak and prime rib which is sliced right at the grill :)    [08 Jun 2006 23:33:00]

Was the best steak I have ever had. The cowboy beans were an amazing compliment to the very tender prime rib. The garlic mash was superb. the atmosphere is incredible for such a small town. Local rancher supplies the beef and uses a wood grill that leaves a campfire type feel to the room. You almost feel like your dining under stars like true cowboys.    [27 Feb 2008 22:58:55]
