Stuffed Portabella mushrooms
During a recent trip to Mountain Home, ID to visit my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter, they took me to the Smokey Mountain Pizza and Pasta restaurant. The Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms and roasted vegetables were fantastic. I wish I could make them at home since there are no Smokey Mountain Pizza and Pasta restaurants here. Black bean ravioli & more
Every dish the entire family had was very good. Tortellini was very good, but black bean and jalapeno ravioli was terrific. Never had it anywhere else. Recommend that place strongly.    [21 Jul 2004 21:17:38]
