We have been driving from Boise to Nampa for the Bamboo Garden buffet ever since it opened. Yesterday's visit was a disaster. The new hot table arrangement is terrible. The selections are fewer and the tightness causes bumping into other patrons. There were not any bowls for soup. At another time there were not any plates to be had. The dessert section was empty and not refilled. They now advertise crab legs but the tray was usually empty. When it did get filled, one or two greedy people would empty it before anyone else would get any legs. I don't know if we will every bother to bypass all of the Boise buffets in order to drive all of the way to Nampa any longer.    [05 Mar 2007 09:00:38]
