Burgers on the Decline
At one time Becky's Burgers was a popular burger joint with good food and prices that were on the high end but not too excessive. Now, quality has taken a serious nosedive, prices seem to have sky-rocketed and the staff is surley at best! When bacon-burger, an order of fries and a small shake run close to $9.00 it is no longer a "burger-joint" and you have a right to expect quality grub for your buck!    [23 Oct 2002 17:44:59]

THE WORST
I HAVE ATE AT ALOT OF RESTAURANTS IN MY LIFE AND WORKED IN A FEW.I ATE AT BECKY'S A 3 TIMES EVERY TIME I GOT SICK WITH FLUE LIKE SYMPTOMS! ONE DAY WHEN I WAS THERE A CUSTOMER RETURNED A HAMBURGER. The best burger joint in America
We arrived five minutes before closing time, road weary and on the tail-end of a 30 day, 48 state whirlwind vacation, with one more night to go. Not only were we invited in pleasantly with a grin, we were entertained by the menagerie of special effects, treated like royalty even though we stayed at least an hour past closing, and fed a sumptuous meal. We yearn to return and tell everyone one we can that it was the finest place we ate the entire trip (and that says something since we also stayed briefly at the Waldorff-Astoria in New York City on the same trip and dined all over the country at many four and five star restaurants).
