Classy and relaxing The Bagelry is a slightly upscale and personable place for drinks and bagel-based food. Attractive, bright atmosphere, very clean, and a nice selection of breakfasty fare, newspapers and the biggest set of magazines this side of a big library! Very popular but rarely too busy. A local fav! I love the 5th St Bagelry. They have wonderful specials, and the long-lines at lunchtime are a testament to the high-quality, freshness, and tantalizing tastiness of their menu. [01 Feb 2007 19:08:10]

AWESOME My favorite place! Great food!! Try the Adobo Club for lunch or 3 little pigs for breakfast! Great atmosphere, great place to study or use wi-fi. [08 Aug 2007 21:00:45]

Not really bagels They do not boil their bagels, and they do not know how to toast them. Sides like hummus are inconsistent. Coffee tastes acidic. [24 Dec 2007 15:35:50]

Nice place, but lousy bagels of all things! I really enjoy the wi-fi, tea refills, and quiet atmosphere, but the bagels are only edible and some of the cream cheese spreads taste bad (e.g., lite berry). Hope they will consider making better bagels and definitely improving those spreads! [10 Jan 2008 19:27:22]

Fake bagels and such Atmosphere is good, but food there is obviously frozen. Orange juice is advertised as "fresh squeezed", but I can have the same out a carton in my own refrigerator. Employees are underpaid and overworked by comparison with other establishments. It doesn't take a genious [sic] to sit outside and watch what comes in. Overall, it's a nice place, but behind the counter it's not so pretty. [25 Sep 2008 20:34:04]
